A. Enquiry form submissions

When you submit an enquiry via the contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your company name
  • The content of your message

This information is delivered to us by email through our email provider (Resend) and is used solely to respond to your enquiry.

B. Analytics data

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. Google Analytics collects anonymised information such as pages visited, time on site, browser type, and country of origin. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, remarketing, or cross-site tracking.

C. Spam protection and fonts

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam and automated abuse. To do this, reCAPTCHA sends information such as your IP address and browser details to Google. This website also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide via the contact form exclusively to:

  • Respond to your enquiry
  • Follow up on business discussions you have initiated

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

Enquiry form submissions are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the business relationship arising from your enquiry. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Cookies

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics scripts are loaded and no analytics cookies are set. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page; withdrawing consent removes the analytics cookies. Google reCAPTCHA on the contact page may set a cookie for spam protection. No marketing or advertising cookies are used. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not affect your ability to use this website.
